Inspiration for the new house - dining

here's how it is now. really can't wait to get in there and stamp my mark all over it.

this looks like a similar cosy little nook. the table is nice with comfy seats, crockery jumble and the light.
the comfy seats do look nice - may have to reconsider my tolix stool fetish for this space.
have a similar light i could put here, and nice crockery could go in the shelving (its built in).
i like these stools (not as much as tolix....or do i?) they look COOL. they have mixed the woods well with the white painted tabletop, and i really like the metal herb planter. (highly doubt i could keep them looking so alive). the groovy wine glasses also wouldn't go astray :) (haven't used the word groovy since austin powers - might retire that word for good.)
from scrapbook - originally living etc.

these people had a cool house mixing cath kidson prints, in a 1900's wooden house, and with lots of spanish crockery. i really, really like the mix.
its got that old fashioned style that i always get sucked into but its not too cheesy.
